PACIFIC REGION USDA NASS FARMLAND VALUES FOR 2018

The USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service recently released their 2018 Land Values Summary. National farmland values increased 1.9 percent year-over-year. Comparatively, the Pacific Region, which includes California, Oregon, and Washington experienced a 3.4 percent increase in value from 2017. The details of farmland values and the broken down figures of irrigated, non-irrigated cropland, and pastureland are visually represented in the charts below.
